I have attended my Motor Development class at SUNY Cortland which has given me 12 hours of time that I have been in the classroom with children, for experience to become a PE teacher. Also During my first 2 years of college, while I was assistant coaching an Under 8 and an Under 10 soccer team at the same time. There were a few months that the head coach steped away and I filled the gap as head coach for the months that he was away. Also, when I was a senior in high school I volunteered over 100 hours at my local elementary school in the gym with 2 PE teachers. I have done all of this with the hope that all of my experiences can make me into a great physical education teacher.
